MOSAIC 2.0 (CNAQ): In 2008, the Advanced Writing Centre (AWC) at College of the North Atlantic-Qatar (CNAQ) launched a community outreach writing program for members of the general public in Doha, Qatar, including citizens as well as members of the expatriate community. Participants submitted their poems, stories, and essays to Mosaic. The response to the writing workshops and to the publication was overwhelmingly positive. It highlighted a need for a forum where writers in Qatar could have a voice, and so Mosaic 2.0 was born!

  WRITE NOW! (UAEU): Written for students, by students, with the leadership of a student editor, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) Writing Center's new magazine, Write Now!, features personal and academic articles, cartoons and photography in a colorful, inspired layout.


  THE INKBLOT (AUS): From the Writing Center at the American University of Sharjah comes another great newsletter featuring writing and editorship of students. In this case, it's the peer tutors themselves who run the show! This is the second issue for Spring 2011.


BETWEEN SEMINAR ROOMS (WCMC-Q): This is an annual publication celebrating the creative writing and artwork of Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar students.
